Ramona is retired from the United States Army of 21 years where she served as a Human Resources Specialist. Ramona has been a federal employee for over 6 years and currently works at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC as the Supervisory Sponsorship Coordinator. Ramona has been a member of Toastmasters International for 5 years and takes pride in serving the state of North Carolina as the Club Growth Director East.  She is responsible for creating new Toastmasters clubs, retaining Toastmasters clubs, and providing guidance to leaders in the Eastern part of N.C. Ramona feels that her gift is 'connecting with people in order to find their calling in life and assisting them in pursing this calling'. "Excellence through Partnership" is Ramona's strategy in achieving personal and professional success. Ramona is passionate about partnering with leaders in North Carolina to share what Toastmasters can do for them and/or their corporation/institution.
